We ship internationally  using our trusted courier DHL, and our courier will contact you for delivery, when you order. It is important that your shipping address is written correctly while during checkout, so please check for wrong spellings or typographical errors to avoid misinformation

When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation.

We have a 14 days Return Policy, starting from the day the package/order was received. To be eligible for an exchange, goods must be unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase and all the clothing tags. Exchange or return is not applicable for customised garment. For exchange please contact us on whatsapp, once the item has been received to our store, we would inspect the items within 1-3 working days since most of the garments are made to order.

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping cost of refunded items. Return and refund is not applicable for discounted/sale items at 20% or above. If the product is in good condition but you changed your mind, we can offer store credit or full refund.

For international returns- we are not responsible for any custom duties and fees related to the shipment. if you wish to use our own courier, please let us know and we would issue a refund once your package is received. Madeleinewow’s clothings made in Dubai are all hand-made, to fit you perfectly and all orders are completed carefully so each order will go through within 2-7 working days of making/preparation time until we hand your items to our carrier for shipping.
